Here we repaired the corner of a Cornish hedge or dry stone wall as some people would call it.
The corner had been knocked down some years ago when a van reversed into it. We cleared away the vegetation and took down the damaged area of wall and sorted out the stones from the earth. The granite stones were the sharp angular variety that were blasted out of local quarries rather than the more rounded moor stones that you get in the moorland villages around Liskeard.
We re-built the corner using all of the old stones and had a good sweep up to leave the job tidy.
Whist at the property we also cleared up a parking space for the client which had become overgrown with weeds and accumulated soil.
